First of all I received somebody else's Starbucks order via Talabat. I called Starbucks Irise tower, to inform them about this mistake. Guy on the other side mentioned that he couldn't see the Talabat order number 174, I mentioned to him that this mistake could have been due to the wrong tower and they need to correct it. He mentioned to me that Starbucks will sort this issue directly with Talabat and I CAN KEEP THE ORDER!!! I asked him twice if he is sure.. he said yes, this mistake is from Talabat, and they will sort it out. I even asked him to give me the person who ordered, his details, I can give him a call, he said he can't find this order, but he will sort it out.. After almost 2 hours, Talabat's delivery guy comes to my house and asks me for the Coffee to give him back, I told him the whole story and he is like why did you not call Talabat (As if Talabat has a call center number!! there is practically no way to call this company).. How am I supposed to call Talabat when there is no order placed from my side, Instead of accepting his mistake, this delivery guy is rude enough to tell me that it's my mistake to inform Starbucks and not Talabat.. Later the main guy who had ordered the Coffee it seems comes to our house.. Guess he was given our address by starbucks or Talabat, saying why did we "refuse" to give his order to Talabat.. I spoke to Starbucks again, and they are mentioning this is a common problem with Talabat's delivery.. How the hell are they managing this delivery services. Their customer service team is rude no doubt on that, but their delivery guys are also not decent enough to talk to a customer properly. First of all it's their mistake, secondly how can they share our address with another person, that he is coming to our house to fight with us. This is punishable act of sharing details. Pathetic problem solving!

Worst delivery app! Worst customer service! You have to complain and follow up for the refund many times

Very bad service from talabat. Always makes mistakes in items and will never attend phone when tried to make the complaint. Had several experiences. Abu Dhabi Govt. shall take the necessary steps to block such irresponsible companies doing business in UAE.

They are cheating customers with wrong offers. Always shows many card offers on restaurant pages, but when checkout it's not applicable and taking full amount.
Contacted customer care also, no use they are not taking issues seriously.
Purposeful business related misleading the customers and looting money

My order is only 135 aed I make it COD I paid 208!!! And ask for customer chat telling me blah blah I called already to the restaurant it will be solved but it took time and I called the restaurant I ask if somebody from talabat called and they said no! In addition I had an order theu talabat mart but ther are missing items the rider didnt inform I paid whole bill clearly they are stealing money from their customers.. people of UAE becareful PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH TALABAT THEY ARE SCAM!!!

Since the service hand over to Talabat the delivery time takes more and so many restusrant using their driver not talabat so why am using talabat I will use directly the resturant

I have received my order with missing item, I contacted Ayman from Talabat customer service in order to return the order he told me that they cannot send a rider they will do a refund , after that nothing happened. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Cheaters !!!

The worst deducting the money without delivering the food,
Trying sending emails every day for refund no one will call you back.

I got scammed by talabat. I have ordered a kfc meal and it was missing 4 usd items. I requested a refund for the missing items but they kept sending spam messages. Their customer service are the worst.

Scam Company. My Delivery Arrived and There Were Item Missing.I Report That Immediately.They Told me to wait 30mins.6+hours gone! No one even update me. So pathetic customer support. They stealing our money!Talabat Egypt have no customer support and friendly environment at all.

They do not resolve any issues no customer support at all.asking refund means they will hang up on you.
Noon food is a lot better if order delay they fully refund.
